Shipping Information
At Kaelen, we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before it leaves our facility.
Standard Delivery
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within India. Remote areas might require additional transit time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery status.
Return & Refund Policy
We stand completely behind the premium quality and efficacy of our wellness formulations. However, if you have encountered an issue with your order, we are here to help.
30-Day Guarantee
You may return any unopened and sealed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unfortunately, due to the consumable nature of our wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
How to initiate a return
Please contact our support team at support@kaelencare.com or via WhatsApp at +91-9987272544 with your Order Number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
